HOW CAN I MAKE MY ORDER?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY FROPE TO ARRIVE?
Since the payment is made, and once the receipt is sent, we offer a maximum period of 5 days.
DO YOU OFFER ANY KIND OF WARRANTY?
Our ropes are tested and certified. We give you a security certificate that offers our clients a maximum load of 26 KN for breaking the cover and 44 KN for breaking the rope.
IS THE ROPE ELASTIC?
Frope ropes offer minimal internal elasticity to better support dynamic loads and movements. However, this elasticity is not perceptible to the aerial artist who will be able to perform his dynamic movements without perceiving any change.
IS THE ROPE SOFT OR HARD?
Neither things. Frope ropes have an interior made of nylon fibers, which expand and generate a “air” between them. This is why our ropes offer an adapted grip for the hands.
HOW DO I HANG MY ROPE? THERE IS A CARABINER INCLUDED?
We do not include any carabiner. Our ropes are made with an ideal size stainless steel rope protector to connect almost any carabiner.
REGARDING THE COVER: DOES IT HAVE A GOOD GRIP? IS IT ADHERENT? DOES IT HAVE A VERY ROUGH SEWING STITCH?
Our covers are 100% cotton, so our ropes offer a good adhesion to skin and clothing (preferably cotton clothing) They also have a rough sewing stitch that improves grip and adherence to our body.
CAN I SEND YOU A ROPE FROM ANOTHER BRAND FOR YOU TO FIX IT AND CHANGE THE COVER FOR ANOTHER NEW ONE?
It would be possible as long as you send us the legal doxuments and the safety certificate for that rope.
CAN I SEND YOU MY OWN TRAPEZE BAR FOR YOU TO PUT THE ROPES ON?
Sure. If you already have your own bar you can send it to us. We will confirm that this bar is safety and then put our Frope ropes.
DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNT FOR THE PURCHASE OF SEVERAL ROPES?
It could be, depending on the customer and the product ordered.
