In the event of a broken sheath, send it to us and we’ll replace it with a new one. Sheath replacement available for ropes up to 12 meters long. Choose your color.
This service is exclusive to FROPE aerial devices. We do not replace sheaths from other brands. We know that, unfortunately, sheath breakage is inevitable and will happen at some point. That’s why we offer a special price to keep you in touch with us.
IMPORTANT: Exclusive service for ropes up to 5 years old.
NOTE: Shipping the rope to our workshop is the customer’s responsibility and expense. If you need assistance arranging pickup, please contact us and we will assist you.
Repair and Shipping:
Once the order has been placed and confirmed with payment, the customer must send the aerial device to our workshop via a courier company. This cost is additional and is the customer’s responsibility. Our workshop address for shipping is as follows:

– Repair time:
ROPES: 1 week.
TRAPEZE: 2 weeks.
– Shipping time:
Mainland and Balearic Islands: 2-3 days.
Rest of Europe: 3-5 days.

ArtColor designs:
– Horizontal Fusion: A multi-color design in which one color fades and gradually transforms into a different one. You can choose up to 3 colors.
– Vertical Fusion: A multi-color design in which both colors blend, dividing the rope into two halves. You can choose up to 2 colors.
– Narrow Stripes: A design with a pattern of narrow multi-color stripes. You can choose up to 3 colors.
